08 Aug A cool new take on A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief
While I was out in Idaho recording Mormon Guitar: Tune My Heart, I met a guy at the studio named Zach Morris.

Zach was working on a religious album of original tunes and a few covers and asked if I would do a solo on A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief. I heard a rough mix of it in the studio and it sounded pretty cool. Since he was doing a unique take on the hymn, it felt like a bluesy solo was in order. I like the way it turned out.
